There are no reported difficulties installing Apache OpenOffice on Windows 10.
Please provide more information so that we can understand your situation
better.
1. How did you download Apache OpenOffice to install?
1.1 What browser were you using? Are you using the Edge browser that is
active by default, or the alternative Internet Explorer.
1.2 Where are you going to get the download. It should be via
<http://openoffice.org/download>. When you click to "Download full
installation" do not click anything else. Just wait for the download to start.
Then choose whether to Save (recommended) or to Run.
1.2 What is the message or other indicator that says the download fails?
2. If the download succeeds, what is the problem attempting to execute the
downloaded file in order to install Apache OpenOffice?

will take it as permission for me to forward your message to that public list
as I see fit.
