http://libreoffice-environment.blogspot.com/2015/03/libreoffice-apache-openoffice-password.html
lays out most of your options.

In a nutshell:

* Your cheapest/fastest/most effective option is to reconstruct the
document from memory;

* If you used a "stupid password", then installing the Password Recovery
Macro might be a viable option. This is nothing more than a glorified
brute force attack;

* If you have more money than brains, then purchase one of the
AOo/LibO/OOo password recovery programs. All they do is a
user-selectable brute force attack.;

* If you need the password for nefarious purposes, then one of the
organizations that provides password cracking services, for a large
fortune, might be your only option. Whilst their approach is, in
essence, brute force, it is tailored by starting with current trends and
patterns in password selection;

All this assumes by "locked spreadsheet", you mean one in which the
entire document was encrypted.
If you mean something else, then the odds are that unzipping the ODF
container, and rewriting the appropriate flags will achieve your objective.
