You can install the program in your native language, Russian, and then install an extension with Hebrew dictionary with spell-checking, hyphenation and thesaurus. On the extensions site I could find this one http://extensions.openoffice.org/en/project/hebrew-he-spell-check-dictionary You will need to enable RTL UI elements on menu "Tools" - "Options...", in the "Options" dialog, select "Language Settings" - "Languages" from the tree on the left; on the right check "Show UI elements for Bi-Directional writing" under "Enhances language support"; you can also set "Hebrew" as CTL language in "Default languages for documents".
