I know that there is an option to install the program in my native Russian

But, is there any option in this case spelling of the Hebrew text?

you may type text in hebrew if you have appropriate fonts (times new roman,
dejavu and many other fonts include hebrew symbols). probably you will also
have to enable bi-directional writing under 'tools - options - language
settings - languages'.

to turn on spellcheck in hebrew, you may download and install a hebrew
spellcheck dictionary from here:

Or for that I need to install only in Hebrew, which is not my native
language.

as a safeguard, you may install a full installation set in russian and then
download and install a hebrew language pack. it will probably include the
dictionary and the fonts.
