Hello Catrina, We don't charge for OpenOffice. We never have. We never will. We're a non-profit charity that publishes free software for public benefit. It sounds like you were suckered by a 3rd party claiming to be selling OpenOffice. I'd recommend tracking down who did that and raising a fraud complaint with your credit card. If you are able to find out who did this, and have a link to their website or can forward us their email, we may be able to take some action on our end as well, to stop them.
