I on behalf of my brother created a resume last week on your software. In
order to access and download it, Open Office had us purchase access for
what was supposed to be $2.95 for seven days. However on more than one try,
the site informed us that the International fee was not accepted by my
bank. Today I see that it was charged, twice! Despite what the warning
stated.

How do I get this resolved? Why is there no telephone number to contact
anyone when it said that within seven day timeframe it could be canceled? I
Do Not what product that states one thing and charges another, twice at
that!

My card ended in 5915, my zip code is 23663 and the name on the card is
Catrina L Clark with an expiration date of 11/16. I need this resolved
Quickly.
