nm-connection-editor aka "Network Connections"

Actually nm-connection-editor is the network-manager-applet's runtime 
dependency:
http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/network-manager-applet.git/tree/network-manager-applet.spec#n32

So the next time you lose the network-manager-applet's icon you are not lost.

Besides there is a tool called nmtui(NetworkManager-tui).
