I don't have an Android phone, but your problem is not "How do I sync
to an Android phone" but rather "How to I sync to Google's services".
You then sync your phone to Google's services as well.

According to this bug:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=711058

You need the package "akonadi-googledata".
