From what you have described your system is in a very unusual broken state. I may have missed prior details - when you say you can't install applications, etc., what are the exact errors? Do you have cli access to Fedora? Taking a shot in the dark here, but my *guess* is that either: - your PATH environment variable has gotten lost or trashed - if so, you just have to re-create or use full pathnames for commands - you mistakenly allowed dnf to remove the bulk of your system - if so you *might* be able to rescue the system using a "live CD" or rescue mode from an install ISO, but it would be easier to just re-install (assuming there is no critical data in the OS area, which I believe you already confirmed there wasn't) -- _______________________________________________ users mailing list -- [email protected] To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/[email protected] Do not reply to spam, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/new_issue
