I had similar errors on my Fedora 40 laptops.

For me fix was to remove 
dnf remove  qgnomeplatform-qt5-0.9.2-18.fc40.x86_64

It showed as only removing that one program with no other issues.

Then ran the dnf update and it installed those updates and a lot of 
others.

At least on my setup, that was all it took.
