FWIW
The following has worked for me (Firefox 133.0.3, Fedora 40, Wayland):
disable (for www.quora.com only)
1. Enhanced Tracking Protection (the shield pictogram on the left of the URL)
2. one of the browser extensions that I normally use

When figuring this out,
firefox --safe-mode --new-instance
was handy.

The www.quora.com videos also work for me with Chromium (coming from Fedora 40),
which has no extensions installed.
