I don't believe you make any effort before shooting off an email with
your latest thoughts. And I seriously doubt you are providing
consulting services that includes Fedora installations, like you said
at [1]:

    I have several customers running Fedora (far fewer
    than I want).

I think you are stumbling through your own self-inflicted problems on
your personal Linux installation.

You have no credibility.

And worse, you do not take the advice of folks like Samuel and Todd.
Samuel and Todd have a lot to teach. It is unwise to forgo their
knowledge.
