For a router I use a Unifi Security Gateway (USG)[1] but I'd like to upgrade to the Dream Machine Pro SE when available. Then for the switch a non-PoE 24 port rack mount managed switch with two UAP-AC Lites (Wifi 5, dual band)[2]. If I were to setup a brand new system I would use the new WiFi 6 version[3]. Pretty happy with it overall. I run the Unifi controller software on a CentOS Steam box in the closet since I package it for the RPM Fusion non-free repository, however, when I upgrade the whole Dream Machine series[4] have it built in.
