Hi, Two issues related to this, i.e., the capacity and the speed. The 64bit systems means you can store more data accessable faster than the 32bit systems. The 64bit OS should be more powerful, in particular for multitasking. These days, the PC RAM's come with the capacity of 4-10 G, enabling for running many applications in parallel. Sooner or later, there will be a limitation for 32 bit OS to cope with very large applications. Probably, in the next ten years, people need 128bit system.
