Pitivi itself is the Fedora repo because it uses gstreamer and doesn't require the bad packages to run. However, if you want to edit mp4 files, then you will need to add the extra packages from rpmfusion. I generally just install all of the gstreamer plugin packages to make sure I'm covered for whatever file formats I might come across.
