You didn't answer one of the most important questions put to you. 

From where did you get Pitivi?  It sounds like you didn't get it from the fedora
repositories.  Had you done that all of the dependencies would have been pulled 
down
for you and you wouldn't have this trouble.  I know this since I've got it 
installed
on 2 systems.
