What do you mean by everything?

Which program are you looking for?

Are you asking where does program A reside?

/etc/
vs
/usr/bin
vs
/opt
vs
/sbin/

Is that what you are pointing to?

And if you have a certain program that is not "there", you can install it, use
yum from CLI(Command Line Interface) or Packagekit?

What is that "Everything that you can't find"?

Regards,

Antonio
