Thx Maxim, the strange thing is, that all users have the same computer with the same Windows 10 image.
There never was something like this (dimensions) It worked fine for this customer in the home office. The others did not have a problem with the settings. I just took one of those computers to test. Just to understand – if i go into settings – the image i (should) see, does not have to do something with „network or firewall“? It is a „local“ image coming from the browser? Because the customer was able to see and hear me in a meeting, coming from home office. Best wishes POW Von: Maxim Solodovnik <solomax...@gmail.com> Gesendet: Dienstag, 28. You can add custom dimensions to the list But I'm not sure how to get the list of compatibles :( Maybe check the manual for laptop or camera? Or try external camera first On Tue, Apr 28, 2020, 19:33 Stefan Kühl <ste...@quatrekuehl.eu<mailto:ste...@quatrekuehl.eu>> wrote: Hey guys, OM works very well with Firefox and Chrome, only IE and Edge gave some problems. Currently i have a user in LAN that is not able to see a video setting up the devices? Firewall should not be the problem because i had a conference with another user behind the same firewall. This user ha a „still image" oft he cam. Trying different settings / resolutions the image got totally lost. In Camera App of win 10 there's an image. Reboot and cache delete did not change anything. We are using Firefox 75.0/64. Any idea how to test out for the cause oft he problem?
