To use tunneling RTMPS you need to set

*<rtmpsslport>443</rtmpsslport>*
<useSSL>yes</useSSL>
<red5httpport>443</red5httpport>
<protocol>https</protocol>
*<proxyType>none</proxyType>*

rtmps.port in red5.properties seems to do nothing (please see
http://openmeetings.apache.org/RTMPSAndHTTPS.html#Tunneling_RTMPS option 3)
