OK, was able to test on Mac 10.12.2 (not VM)
Java 1.8.0_65
Safari

was able to start screen-sharing (after adding https://om.
alteametasoft.com:8443 to java security exceptions)
and check the screen using my Ubuntu machine

Would appreciate any help with reproducing the issue
