is openmeetings 2.2 officially released?

Hello,

is there a reason why the version of openmeetings 2.2.0 is not 
officially released like the version 2.1.1 on your homepage:
http://openmeetings.apache.org or at your blog: 
https://blogs.apache.org/openmeetings/entry/apache_openmeetings_2_1_11?

Is the OM version 2.2 only for testing purposes and/or is it not a 
stable version?
