I call it with "eth2=tuntap,ext-test". I got the impression that it is enough 
to do that when I'm using preconfigured interface. At least there is example of 
that in Virtual Networking Tutorial. And besides ip-address would be little 
hard to set as I'm connecting guests to internet through a bridge. Also I would 
like to mention that tuntap interface works without a problem when using static 
ip address.
