It's even stranger this time. My client was using the same app in 3 different cities across the country and with 3 different IPs. At startup the app sends a request to the same url http://mydomain.on-rev.com Apparently only that url was blocked by the ISP. I have another client with the same ISP using a different app in a different city with a different on-rev account (but on the same server) and it wasn't blocked...
