Thanks to all for your suggestions. I added now a more detailed english description for the reviewer, although i informed the review board team already after the 2nd rejection about the app and its planned usage.
Unfortunately i cannot add more content, because the customer would not pay for that work. If i would put more work in it and it would be rejected again, i would lose more money than i would lose now.
