I think that Mark acknowledged that your idea was an actual improvement to dodge windows that might make it useful (as apposed to folks just pleading for dodge windows as is), but that he was still not interested enough to invest much time/resources into it. He is open to someone else working on it and then reviewing the finished product, but nothing more.
