I am not sure if I understand correctly, the mga bug went away but you keep using vesa anyway, or there was a bug also with vesa previously?
Anyway, I'll close the bug if you are happy with how things are. If you need to or feel like reopening it at a later point, please attach the log from when using the default mga driver. This can also be useful if someone else reports similar problems. ** Changed in: xserver-xorg-video-mga (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => Invalid ** Changed in: xserver-xorg-video-mga (Ubuntu) Assignee: Tormod Volden (tormodvolden) => (unassigned) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-video-mga in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/621756 Title: Monitor Detection Problem in upgrade to 10.04.1 _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
