You still have not given us any information about which version you
are trying to upgrade from/to, and what happened when you followed the
instructions at http://vanillaforums.org/page/UpgradeInstructions or
which bit of that you do not understand.  No-one can help unless you
describe what you are trying to do in detail, what you have tried, and
what happened.
