Not that I know of - they're already using Open Office and Firefox. OE
for email can be easily converted to Thunderbird which is not dissimilar
in appearance. The only possible problem could be the printer, but I was
going to run a Live CD first anyway, to check everything...Internet is
not a problem as it's not wireless.

Of course the thing is that once converted, hopefully the frequency of
"support calls" (which to be honest is pretty low anyway) should drop to
almost zero!
