Hi David, Is that a Flash video? If so, try shutting Flock down and trying Media Player again - you might have to restart Media Player too. I think that Flash doesn't play very nicely with PulseAudio on 8.04 (hardy). Someone else on the list might be able to tell a better solution, but I've found that it works for me when I've got conflicts with Flash in Firefox and Rhythmbox in my 8.04 installation.
