Or it could be due to the fact there's over 7500 other bugs to be
triaged, with more bugs being filed every day and only a small pool of
people to triage them all. If bugs aren't being triaged quick enough for
you feel free to join the bugsquad [0], you've sent this email at an apt
time - today is a hugday [1]

You might also get more helpful responses if you toned down the
hostility in your message. You may also try contacting the higher volume
ubuntu-users list, or posting on ubuntuforums.org if your email here
brings no joy.
