the importance field is used by the QA team and has nothing to do with whether
anyone has looked at the bug. also I think you are being a bit impatient,
remember most people are doing this voluntarily in their own time.
as Paul Sladen has helpfully pointed out, launchpad is the appropriate place
for bug reporting not this list. an alternative place where people may be
able to give you advice is the ubuntu forums[1]
