90% of the time if you don't receive a response, it's because nobody else has experienced the issue and/or knows how to fix it. I'm sorry this is the case, but it just might be reality. This can happen if you have a setup that nobody else has or can replicate. I have experience with Allen & Heath mixers (I'm guessing that's what you mean by A&H, please be a bit more explicit/less ambiguous in the future), but not while connected to an Ubuntu Studio machine as it was prior to my involvement here. There are a lot of things to unravel with your post, and I suggest rather than waiting around for someone to answer with your problem solved, that you just play around and experiment.
