I'm working with a fresh install of Ubuntu Studio 21.04. I can use Studio Controls to get my A&H USB mixer I/O to show sources/sinks in Carla, but only after selecting it in Extra devices and Apply settings.
It doesn't appear when plugged in. And the device does not show at all if it is set to USB master. Though, when it is unplugged, it is listed as unplugged. If it is then plugged in it show as being plugged in but does not get any source/sink added. It does appear to work fine when it is there, it just isn't there without manual intervention. Am I doing something wrong? Or am I missing something?
