Hey Jorge, I think the brown is a strong/unique feature in ubuntu's brand. I think ubuntu could continue to use brown as their brand/mascot-colour but it should be used tastefully rather than just painting everything brown (like the human theme).
I really don't like the new gdm login theme, think it looks rather geeky and not very 'human' at all. There's no reason ubuntu can't continue with the africa/human/earthy theme but bring it up to speed stylistically and have something really clean, sharp modern and still incorporate the brown. A design competition would be a good way to get loads of ideas of what direction ubuntu could go style-wise? - Jimmy *** Sparkle Interactive *** http://www.sparkleInteractive.co.uk On Fri, Apr 24, 2009 at 12:54 PM, Jorge <jorgegarc...@gmail.com> wrote: > Hi again, > > Does anybody here really like BROWN?.
