Just FYI when using the gnome-staging PPA I can't currently install libgtk-3-0-dbgsym, since it depends on libgtk-3-0-dbg but that is uninstallable:
> libgtk-3-0-dbg : Depends: libgtk-3-0 (= 3.22.0-0ubuntu1~yakkety0) but 3.22.3+git20161118.042e37e6-0ubuntu1~16.10~gnome0 is to be installed
I think either libgtk-3-0-dbgsym needs to lose the dependency on libgtk-3-0-dbg or that package needs to built for the staging PPA (it doesn't seem to be, currently).
