A few megabytes is important to any dial up user. Little traffic is important to those who pay too much for bandwidth. development time, on the other hand, cannot be wasted: it is voluntary. If someone who knows how to code prefers to volunteer and write that code, you get your feature. I don't see the waste... It's not like without this user's new idea, the volunteer would otherwise fix a critical bug or anything. Almost everyone prioritizes bugs over features... I don't quite like how feature requests often get labeled as "that's some waste of time", "that's so lame", and so on... I feel it would be nice not to provide this kind of feedback to people who use the software and want more out of it... thanks. -- Ubuntu-devel-discuss mailing list Ubuntu-devel-discuss@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-devel-discuss
