Hi again, I tried pm-suspend under the 2.6.24-19-generic kernel as well. The situation is as described above for the 2.6.27-2-generic kernel: The system does suspend, but when it wakes up, the screen remains black.
So this is not a new but in 2.6.27, but neither has my suspend-problem been resolved. Thank you for your help.
