Chris: Running with the deleted cache results in evolution failing to completely start, no GUI, but process is active. Running from console shows the following "CalDAV Eplugin starting up ..." followed by a bunch of blank lines, then does nothing. If I kill evolution and evolution-exchange-storage then it starts again.
