ebnf: I think you might have a separate issue to Vik. Vik's feedback suggested Evolution was creating a lot of pipes. Your feedback suggests something related to the cache. Could you please try backing up your Evolution profile (~/.evolution) and then deleting the following folder: ~/.evolution/mail/pop/[EMAIL PROTECTED]:9110/cache
Then let me know if your problem persists. Vik: I'm going to discuss this with other people on IRC later.
