Disagree! I made a fresh install, from alternate version!!! And it was
almost absolutely collapsed! I couldn't start even Xserver (made a few
tries, and always was the same!) Sure, the usplash bug (on the
configuring|installing process) is connected to the failier of the
Xserver, which i had to REINSTALL either!

I think, that bug is much MORE important, cause it can at least reject a
lot of new ppl, who would try to use Ubuntu instead of win for example.
They will see the console... they will try to use manual commands (which
will not work due to the corrupted installation!!!) and say "linux is
not that good" (in polite words...) what will they do then? U may
guess...

I vote to raise the importance of the bug!
