Ok guys richard is correct on why its low importance. Usplash has changed alot since dapper the reason for the test card was to see how many colors and what res. we can use. the maintianer of this package is working hard to fix the issues. It should be fixed by release. This is one reason why people that cant handle breakage shouldnt use testing software. Please be patient and it will be fixed.
