as you can see in the screenshot, i get the correct alphabetical order, with the exception of UTC which is the first item listed, may you provide a screenshot showing us the order you get, also, although i don't think it really matters, you could include the locale you're using, i test with es_CL and C, and that way check if could be a translation related issue, but in both cases show the correct order, as mention before.
