similarly, with some clarifications. The location is bottom or top.
If the location is top, then it is shifted lower - by a distance equal to the 
height of the panel from the top edge of the screen. If I choose dynamic width, 
then the panel is displayed almost completely, with the exception of the power 
button, which is added by default - it goes beyond the edge of the panel and 
screen
