I can confirm that my Lenovo V14 IIL boots successfully on todays Ubuntu Groovy ISO -
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/20201013.1/groovy-desktop-amd64.iso in UEFI+secure boot and BIOS (legacy) modes.
