- What is the resolution of your monitor? - What resolution does the file /etc/usplash.conf contain? If the resolution in /etc/usplash.conf is not equal to the resolution of your monitor, please edit this file to set it to the correct resolution, then boot again with splash enabled. Do you see the splash screen now?
