According to Juan Pablo's backtrace
(https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=11964&action=view), the
crash seems to be occurring in a loop.

I've disabled the loop (actually two loops), and the issue seems to have
disappeared (at least, I can't reproduce it at all).

http://people.ubuntu.com/~bryce/Testing/bug127101/xserver-xorg-video-
intel_2.1.1-0ubuntu7~bwh1_i386.deb

Steps to reproduce:
1. Disable desktop effects and enable desktop effects again.
2. Switch to VT1 and switch back to VT7.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 several times.

Note, this is *not* intended to fix the issue with playing Xv, only the
original bug Juan Pablo reported.
