Did a fresh install of Xubuntu 12.04 and selected encrypted Home during Live CD install and got the same bug after rebooting. On the first reboot I managed to login but after the second reboot it would not reach the login screen. I can't submit any logs etc as I had to quickly wipe and reinstall the machine (as the machine was not for me) due to time constraints.
