I installed it now! I tried to delete partition with old 12.04 system. After this installation progress. But I breaked installation to do some changes in home partition. After installation do not continue again and delete system partition not help. I tried to reboot and start installation without "Try Ubuntu" and get profit. It's very bad to system for human beings.
