Never mind. Though cannot execute that command once booted, it works
fine in /etc/rc.local - the system startup script. My instructions are a
little shorter:
sudo gedit /etc/rc.local
--------------------------------
Put the following command there (anywhere):
echo "disable" > /sys/firmware/acpi/interrupts/gpe13
sudo gedit /etc/pm/sleep.d/30_disable_gpe13
---------------------------------------------------------------
Copy/paste Mauro's script:
#!/bin/bash
case "$1" in
thaw|resume)
echo "disable" > /sys/firmware/acpi/interrupts/gpe13 2>/dev/null
;;
*)
;;
esac
exit $?
sudo chmod +x /etc/pm/sleep.d/30_disable_gpe13
