Why use this kind of widgets? Apart for "unclear" for some people,
there's a problem in translating stuff like this.

For example, Spanish words for "ON" are "Encendido" and "Activado"; and
for "OFF" are "Apagado" and "Desactivado". As you can see, are long
words, that might not fit well in the widget. I think that this occurs
in other languages, like French.

A checkbox is a *lot* better than this fancy widget, IMO.
